You need to be able to have skin exposed to stick to the pole so shorts (on the shorter side) and a sports bra will do. High heels are absolutely OK and make it a lot of fun, but not required.  

Silks and lyra can cause bad burns and tears if the flyer is not fitted properly. Please wear fitted leggings (preferrably to the ankle) and a fitted tank. A leotard with tights is also acceptable. No socks.  

Is there an age limit/max?
 

 

Absolutely not! Our classes are available for all ages, however, students under 18 will require a parent/guardian to sign liability waiver.

Should I have experience?
 

 

No experience necessary! We have pole fitness/dance classes for all levels. Our instrcutors work hard to provide you with proper technique and strength building exercises in order to maximize your workout and give you a fun challenge your body will love!

Is there a weight limit?
 

 

Our poles are official X-Poles and they have set the limit at 250lbs per. However, we have had 3+ girls spinning on a pole at once and have had no problems. 

There are no suggested weight limits for our silks. Having 2 performers on one silk is VERY common, so we've set the limit at 250lb per. 

***Please do not apply oils or lotions the day of class and remove all jewelry***
