Pole dance/ fitness

This class is the perfect introduction to aerial dance/ fitness. During this class we will begin with warmups using the pole to loosen our joints and warm our muscles. After that, each student has the option to wear their flirty high heels or go barefoot! We'll learn sexy spins that engage our entire body and put them into beautiful combinations. Towards the end of this class, we will introduce intermediate moves and give each student a personal goal for their next class. Bring your friends or family and have a great time gettit fit!

Take your workout to the next level in this class and get ready to get upside down! Here, we'll learn different climbs and basic inversions. Don't worry, we have crash mats! We'll also work on more advanced combinations and body holds. We definetly reccomend shorts and a sports bra for this class in order to use your exposed skin to stick to the pole. In this course, you'll be introduced to grip aids as well and of course you can ALWAYS choose to wear your high heels!

This class is designed to push you to your limits each time, testing your stamina, muscle strength, and even pain tolerance. In this course your warm ups will be mini workouts or intermediate combos in order to get your heart rate up and your joints loosened. Crash mats are of course encouraged as we will introduce dangerous drops, handsprings, flips and of course create advanced combinations. Each class is subject to different lessons based on the evaluation of the attended students.

Taking a stretch intensive course weekly is the best way to improve your flexibility. We work on center and side splits, back bends, wrist and shoulder flexibilty, and much more in order to impove your dance and movement and overall health. This is a partner based stretch class to push yourself further than you would by yourself. No partner required! You will meet one in class :)

Open gym hours are your time to shine! Here you can practice for a competition, simply workout, film, take pictures, or just ahve a pole jam with peers! All apparatuses are open to members during these hours. 

Pole dancing works just about every muscle in your body! Biceps, triceps, quads, glutes, calves, all abdominal muscles, and  improves your core and balance. Its hard to notice your aching, sore muscles when you're having so much fun!
